UKG, de rebranding van Kronos, Ultimate en PeopleDoc

Direct na de fusie werd nog de nieuwe naam ‘People Inspired‘ aangekodigd, nu is toch gekozen voor een andere naam, kort maar krachtig, en iets minder creatief. Na de fusie schreef Forrester Research dat het de HRTech wereld op zijn kop zal zetten. Kronos is van oorsprong sterk in Workforce Planning, bij ons het domein Dagplanning & tijdregistratie, en heeft partnerships met onder andere SAP en ADP voor de Core HR functionaliteit. Omdat Ultimate en PeopleDoc juist vanuit die Core HR hoek komen zullen de huidige Kronos partners minder geneigd zijn de samenwerkingen in stand te houden. En dat zal grote impact hebben op de huidige klanten van dit soort combinaties.

Kronos Incorporated, PeopleDoc, and Ultimate Software today announced a rebrand and new company name, UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).
